By downloading, installing, or using X2VPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and X2VPN. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

X2VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through our secure servers. The Service is designed to protect your privacy, secure your data on public networks, and allow you to access the internet more freely. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Free Plan: Provides basic VPN access with limited bandwidth (5 GB per month), a single device connection, and access to a subset of server locations. The Free plan may include advertisements. Paid Plans: Provide higher monthly data limits, access to more server locations, up to 3 simultaneous device connections, and an ad-free experience. Available features, speeds, and limits depend on the specific plan shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change the features, limits, and pricing of any plan at any time.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and current account information. • Maintaining the security of your account credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes: • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. • Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious software. • Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam). • Engaging in unauthorized access to computer systems or networks (hacking). • Distributing, downloading, or sharing child sexual abuse material. • Engaging in intellectual property infringement, including copyright piracy. • Harassment, threats, stalking, or any form of abuse toward others. • Attempting to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure. • Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties. • Reselling or redistributing the Service without our written consent.

Payment Processing: Premium subscriptions may be purchased through Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS, or Stripe for web checkout where offered. Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval and provider terms shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through the billing provider used for the purchase. Upon cancellation, you generally retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the refund policy of the billing provider used for your purchase.

The Service, including the X2VPN application, its design, code, logos, trademarks, and all related content, is the exclusive property of X2VPN and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, X2VPN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment of subscription fees, or extended period of account inactivity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
